MitoQ:
Delivers CoQ10 into the mitochondria, supports normal cardiovascular function, supports blood pressure & heart rate within normal levels.
CoQ10 is fundamental to the ATP production process and so MitoQ help to improve cellular energy levels.
Acts as an antioxidant to protect mitochondrial membranes from free-radical damage.
L-Carnitine: Fundamental to the ATP energy recycling process and helps the body convert fuel to energy by transporting fatty acids across mitochondrial membranes.
Magnesium: ATP must be bound to Magnesium in order to be biologically active, and it is also a key component of many enzymes and other crucial molecules found within cells.
Vitamin D3: supports normal cardiovascular function via several different mechanisms. It has been shown that abnormal Vitamin D levels are associated with a range of cardiovascular disorders.

Directions / How to Use
Adult dose: 2 capsules each morning.
Always read the label and use as directed.
Do not exceed dose unless directed by your physician.

What can I expect?
Everyone will experience MitoQ differently, depending on your age, your fitness, and whether you have a health condition. Are there any side effects?
At higher doses than usual (80mg per day) a small number of people experienced a mild upset stomach and nausea.
Does MitoQ interact with any medicines?

Can I take a dose that’s higher than you recommend?
MitoQ's recommended dose is 2 5mg (10mg) capsules per day. MitoQ has been taken in doses as high as 80mg a day for a year during safety testing.

Is MitoQ natural?
MitoQ is derived from naturally occurring CoQ10, and has been modified to target cellular mitochondria more effectively.

I was not sure what happened to me..my blood pressure was quite high for almost 3 months already..160 over 95…been recommended to try this product. Amazingly, it really works…my reading lately is 125/82 which was pretty good for me..give it a go if you have high blood pressure..if it works for me, it should be working for you too…
