Fenugreek has a variety of uses, but is most commonly used to support healthy lactation for women during breastfeeding.
Uses:
Steroidal saponins support hormone production which promotes healthy increases in milk flow
Mucilage, in fenugreek protect and soothe the gastro-intestinal and respiratory tract
Promotes blood sugar and cholesterol lowering
Fenugreek also supports the body’s usual mechanisms in the stomach, intestines and lungs.
Active Ingredients:
Fenugreek seed 610mg
Two capsules, two to three times daily
Precautions:
Not to be used in pregnancy, if taking diabetic, hypoglycaemic or anticoagulant medications.
