About this product

Elderflower, ribwort and echinacea root are combined in an alcohol-free liquid with an apple-juice base and peppermint flavour.

Kiwiherb developed De-Stuff for Kids for nasal stuffiness and excess mucus. The children’s liquid combines respiratory herbs in a taste designed to be easier to give than an unflavoured extract. It is a targeted nasal-care option rather than the same formula as a throat or chest syrup.

Each mL of this certified organic product contains: Sambucus nigra (Elderflower) dry flower extract 250 microlitres (derived from 125mg dry flower). Plantago lanceolata (Ribwort) fresh leaf extract 250 microlitres (derived from 125mg fresh leaf). Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 150 microlitres (derived from 75mg dry root). In a base of glycerol, purified water, apple (juice concentrate), orange and peppermint flavour. Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Infants 0 to 1 yr: 0.1-0.5 mL

Children 1 to 2 yrs: 0.5-1 mL

Children 2 to 4 yrs: 1-1.5 mL

Children 4 to 6 yrs: 1.5-3 mL

Children 6 to 12 yrs: 3-5 mL

Adults: 5-10 mL (for sensitive types or those wishing to avoid alcohol).

Take 2-3 times daily.

Dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and drink immediately.

Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Precautions

Suitable for use during breastfeeding and pregnancy.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Use only as directed. Always read the label. Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction. Temporary harmless tingling in the mouth may occur immediately after taking as a natural effect of high quality Echinacea – this is normal and indicative of the quality & potency of Echinacea.
