Each mL of this product contains herbal extract equivalent to dry: Chamomile ( Matricaria recutita ) Flower – 115 mg Withania ( Withania somnifera ) Root & Leaves – 50 mg Hops ( Humulus lupulus ) Strobile/Fruit – 25 mg

Shake well before use.

Bedtime Bliss can be given undiluted or added to your child's drink. Give one to two doses an hour before bed. It is also safe to repeat one dose during the night if your child wakes up.

Infants:

0-1 year – 0.5 mL

Children:

1-2 years – 2 mL

2-3 years – 3 mL

3-5 years – 4 mL

5+ years – 5 mL
