Kool ‘n’ Soothe is a soft gel sheet designed to provide immediate cooling relief to the discomfort associated with migraine and headache.
Kool ‘n’ Soothe is safe to use with medication for maxium comfort. Ready to use and no need for refrigeration, each gel sheet stays in place and provides cooling relief for up to 8 hours.
Kool ‘n’ Soothe gel sheets can be removed easily without leaving any sticky residue.
For the best result, Kool ‘n’ Soothe should be used at the first sign of migraine, headache, high temperature, hot flushes, sprains or to relax.

This cooling gel can also be use for children's fever.

Kool ‘n’ Soothe Migraine Cooling Pads contains:
Water, methyl paraben.
Directions / How to Use
Cut or tear open the pouch and remove one Kool ‘n’ Soothe soft gel sheet
Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard
Place one Kool ‘n’ Soothe soft gel sheet on the forehead or the back of the neck
Cut the Kool ‘n’ Soothe soft gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors if necessary
Do not store in freezer
After unpacking, tightly fold the notch of the pouch twice along the dotted line to prevent unused gel sheet from drying
Do not apply to wounds or to irritated, damaged, sunburned or very sensitive skin
For the best result, use each gel sheet only once
Precautions:

For external use only
Avoid direct contact with eyes and nostrils
If symptoms persist, consult your GP
Side effects or allergic reactions are unlikely to occur.
If such symptoms occurs consult your GP or pharmacist
If excessive redness, irritation, burning or discomfort of the skin occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your GP
The gel sheet will not stick to the skin if the skin is wet, or the gel sheet comes into contact with hair or clothing
Store in a cool place

Babies and young children, the physically handicapped/disabled, or those who can not apply the product by themselves should use this product only under constant and direct adult's supervision.
Never allow the product to enter or block nose or mouth.

I have got this from Health Porter Store yesterday. This Kool n Soothe pads are fantastic for lowering down my daughter’s high temperature. I put a pad on my daughter’s forehead yesterday night when her temperature was 38.5??C. I checked her temperature at midnight and it was 37.5??C. I got the similar results for the whole midnight. This is telling me that I won’t have to worry about her high temperature too much for at least 8 hours in a stretch as this pad has 8 hours effect stating on the front cover. Hope this information will be useful to all other parents that are in the similar situations like me. Thanks Health Porter for stocking this wonderful product…
