Aniseed:
The oils in Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) soothe and relax the gut wall, reducing the production of gas in the digestive tract.  
It has a pleasant taste that is commonly used to improve the taste of medicines for children, increasing compliance.
Chamomile:
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is effective for soothing digestive upsets due to its calming and relaxing action.
Commonly used for gastric upsets, bloating, and bowel regularity. Chamomile helps to relax muscles and calm nerves.  
Cinnamon:
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) is used to calm the stomach.
It is a carminative, an agent that helps break up intestinal gas, relieve tension and digestive upsets.
Dandelion root:
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) promotes an overall healthy digestive system by supporting healthy liver and gallbladder function.
This bitter plant increases digestive juices and helps to break down food.
Fennel seed:
With alkalising properties, Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) helps treat gastric discomfort and colic.
It helps relieve excess gas as well as relax the digestive tract.  Fennel is especially useful for soothing infant colic.
Licorice root:
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) soothes and protects irritated mucous membranes of the digestive tract.
Peppermint:
