Adam Superior Men's Multi Supports:
Vitamins are organic compounds that are required in small amounts by all living organisms. They cannot be synthesized by our bodies, so they must be obtained from the diet, either from food or through supplementation. Vitamins are necessary for growth, healthy metabolism, cellular function, and countless processes within the body. Without them our physical being and health would quickly deteriorate.
