What is Beef Gelatin Unflavoured?
Great Lakes Gelatin Unflavored Beef Gelatin is a pure protein derived by the hydrolysis of collagen from the hide of cattle. Great Lakes provides customers with the highest quality of pure, unflavoured & edible gelatins. Great Lake’s Type B (Bovine) gelatin meets the specifications set forth by the US Pharmacopeia, regulated by the National Formulary.

Room temperature liquids: Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favourite beverage. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Hot liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid to hydrate for one minute, add hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
For Cooking: Use in homemade recipes such as marshmallows, gummies, preserves, gravy, desserts and more. Or add as a protein supplement to our hot oatmeal or cold cereals and stir.
Note: Store Dry & Do Not Refrigerate, Gelatin will clump in cold water.
