Formula:
Hops, Lemon Balm, Licorice, Passionflower, Valerian root, Woodruff
Hops:
Hops’ (Humulus lupulus) calming properties are known to support sleep and calm worry. Clinical studies have shown its supportive action for sleep, especially when used together with Valerian.
Lemon Balm:
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is widely used to support worry and sleep. It reduces worry and stress that can interrupt normal sleep.
Licorice:
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) has the ability to improve resistance to physical, mental and emotional stress. It contains glycyrrhizin which has a similar structure to the hormones produced by the adrenal glands (including cortisol). Licorice helps to mitigate adrenal exhaustion which can interfere with normal sleep.
Passionflower:
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) has relaxing and calming properties that support getting to sleep. It is a well-known plant for supporting an overworked nervous system.
Valerian root:
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is well known for its calming qualities and its ability to relax the central nervous system. It has been used to support sleep for hundreds of years, especially for those having difficulty falling asleep. Valerian does not produce a morning hangover effect and is non-addictive.
Woodruff:
Woodruff (Galium odoratum) has calming and relaxing properties that support sleep. Woodruff is traditionally used to relieve tension disorders.
Directions / How to Use
Use 1 level tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Dose:
Adult 150ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 years 60-100ml, 1-2x at night
1-6 years 20-60ml, 1-2x at night
6-12 months 10ml, 1-2x at night
Babies 5ml, 1-2x when needed
Take 1 cup, 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. In persistent sleep disturbances, take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote natural sleep cycle.

Special Instructions:
Shake contents before opening. For children, make adult dose and extract the required mls. Do not microwave. To avoid external contamination close can immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.
