Aniseed:
The small seeds of Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum) have an expectorant and relaxing effect making it highly effective for supporting respiratory tract health.
Elderflower:
Elderflower blossom (Sambucus nigra) supports a healthy immune system, enhancing immune function and the body’s defences for ills and chills.
Linden blossom:
Linden blossom (Tilia platyphyllos) has powerful bioactive constituents that, when taken regularly, can support immune responses.  It strengthens the immune system and helps speed up recovery from ills and chills.
Plantain:
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) helps to expel phlegm and soothe mucous membranes in the nose, throat and lungs. It is especially useful for respiratory tract health.
