Birch leaf:
Birch leaf (Betula pendula) contains a high number of minerals that help to cleanse the body tissues of uric acid and waste products. It calms and soothes.
Dandelion:
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) is a kidney tonic that helps to cleanse the body of waste and toxins.
Meadowsweet:
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) is a sacred plant of the Celtic druids to support comfort. It supports fluid balance and has alkalising properties (increases urine output), which help to eliminate toxic wastes from uric acid in the body.
Nettle:
Known in Europe as “washing powder for the body”, Nettle (Urtica dioica) supports the excretion of uric acid from the kidneys and other wastes. Nettle is high in minerals, vitamins and enzymes that help to re-mineralise wasted cartilage and damaged connective tissue.
