Arnica:
Arnica (Arnica montana) helps calm and heal. It is traditionally used to relieve muscle and joint stiffness in musculoskeletal problems.
Birch leaf:
Birch leaf (Betula pendula) contains a high number of minerals that help to cleanse the body tissues of uric acid and waste products.  It calms and soothes.
Comfrey:
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is a well-researched plant that promotes the healing of damaged joints and connective tissue. Comfrey supports new tissue growth.
Dandelion:
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) is a kidney tonic that helps to cleanse the body of waste and toxins.
Nettle:
Known in Europe as “washing powder for the body”, Nettle (Urtica dioica) supports the excretion of uric acid from the kidneys and other wastes. Nettle is high in minerals, vitamins and enzymes that help to re-mineralise wasted cartilage and damaged connective tissue.
