Uses:
Vitamin E is an important nutrient and a powerful antioxidant which acts to help the body protect your cells against the effects of free radicals. Free radicals are potentially damaging by-products of energy metabolism and chemical pollution.
Vitamin E is also an essential nutrient for; healthy skin, cardiovascular and reproductive health. People with difficulty digesting fats (bile problems or gallbladder removed) and such conditions as cystic fibrosis may have difficulty absorbing sufficient vitamin E from their diet.
Recommended for people with poor dietary intake of vitamin E, people with fat digesting problems, also recommended for additional nutritional support during pregnancy and breast feeding.

100% Natural Vitamin E mixed tocopherols 400IU
(As unesterified d-alpha tocopherol plus mixed tocopherols as naturally associated with d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta tocopherols derived from soy)(270mg)

One or more capsules daily
Precautions:
High doses are not recommended in conjunction with blood thinning drugs such as aspirin, Warfarin or Heparin. High dose vitamin E supplementation should be ceased at least one week prior to any surgery or giving blood.
