FOLIC ACID 15 mcg
BIOTIN 30 mcg
BETACAROTENE 500 mcg
CALCIUM 21.1 mg (from calcium citrate 100 mg)
MANGANESE 163 mcg (from manganese sulphate monohydrate 500 mcg)
ZINC 364 mcg (from zinc sulfate monohydrate 1 mg)
MAGNESIUM 1.7 mg (from magnesium phosphate 8 mg)

Directions / How to Use
2-4 years:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
4 years and over:
Two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage:
Store below 25°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
Warnings:
